The supreme edition helmet, collar piece, chest piece, LED belt units, and belt buckle are made are heavy duty and injection moulded. The mask and helmet are actually cast from the original Lucas Studios moulds.

The two LED belt units, and the chest unit each require 2 x AA batteries (not included).

The breathing effect module uses 2 x AAA batteries and 2 x AG13 batteries which are included. The sound module is designed to be placed in the mouth area of the mask, the control for the unit is worn in the glove, and the connecting cable runs up a sleeve of the jumpsuit.
