Adult Parrot Fancy Dress Costume includes a headpiece with an elasticated hat attached to the inside which makes it easy to wear and will help keep the headpiece in place. The body is designed to be worn like a pullover. The tail hangs down behind you and your arms fit in the wings. There is a hole for your hand about two thirds of the way down each wing. The boot covers have an elastic stirrup to help keep them in place over your shoes. You can easily wear it over t-shirt and trousers.
