I felt i must write and say congratulations on your excellent service. I telephoned just yesterday (Wednesday) and spoke to a very nice and helpful girl, excellent manners and polite too. I ordered a dress and wig for Halloween at 4:35pm the lady told me it would be here tomorrow (Friday) and it arrived this morning, what excellent service.

I just wanted to let you know that i am totally knocked out by your excellent service! I ordered the Fat Beach Belle Costume only yesterday, and it has just arrived...
Thank you so much for the superb way you dealt with my order - the lady i spoke to yesterday was extremely professional and helpful, promised that the goods would be despatched later that day... and hey presto, the postman has just delivered them.
The item is perfect to add a bit of 'bulk' to the panto dame in our local production this year - and will even look fairly tasteful in the dressing room during quick costume changes! LOL!
