Making A Purchase - Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Order' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all major credit cards. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet.
Delivery Schedule - We offer two forms of delivery via Royal Mail, Special Delivery which is guaranteed to reach you within 3 working days, or Standard Delivery which is usually delivered to you within 1 - 5 working days, however the delivery date is not guaranteed and delivery time can vary.
Special Delivery is guaranteed within 3 working days for delivery to most mainland UK addresses, however the following postcodes require extra time:
Your choice is decided at the checkout stage, when placing your online order. If ordering by telephone, fax or post then our staff will be more than happy to advise you on the best delivery option available for you.
Credit Card Security - All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Privacy Policy - Measure for Measure wil not disclose any information collected on this site to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
At Measure for Measure we understand the value of privacy, and will therefore only use the information you give us to process your order and provide a quick and convenient service to you in the future.
Payment processing takes place on a secure server. For us to process your order, we will need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit card number and expiry date. SSL (secure sockets layer) technology is used in order to encrypt your personal details passed between your computer and our web site, which cannot be intercepted by anyone else.
Returns Policy - Any goods purchased from Measure For Measure - The Party Store can be returned to ourselves within 10 days from receipt of delivery to yourself. To return a product please telephone a member of staff on 01785 601404 for return authorisation. The cost of the return postage will be the customers' liability, please obtain a proof of return from your Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items not received.
The consumer is fully responsible for all items purchased until they reach our premises. All goods must be kept in original conditions i.e not worn, used or damaged in any way. We can only accept the return of Wigs if they are unused and not opened for hygiene reasons. Measure For Measure - The Party Store will examine all goods upon receipt. If an exchange is not required a refund will be issued for the cost of the goods only. This will be applied within 30 days of receipt of returned goods.
Faulty products will either be replaced with the same product if available or refunded back to a credit card if the product is no longer required. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 10 days from receipt of goods.
If you choose to exchange the unwanted item for an exchange totaling higher than your original, then you will be liable to pay the difference.
Any goods returned outside of our Returns Policy will be questioned and the customer will not be eligible for refund or exchange at the discretion of Measure For Measure - The Party Store.
No replacement items will be dispatched until the returned items have been received by us.
